Warrior

  • Increased Devastating Blow radius to 100 from 80 for both strikes.
Warrior/Scout
  • Changed Perforation to provide maximum stack upon use permanently, increased cooldown to 4 seconds from 3, changed offensive hits to remove stacks. Changed it to apply Broken Armor debuff upon hit.
  • Changed Battle Focus -> Seek for the Wound: Empowers Slash bleed, makes your Slash spread bleed to enemies around your target if they are under effect of Broken Armor.
Warrior/Warden
  • Changed Savage Whirlwind to be level 15 elite.
  • Fixed Barbaric Execution wasn’t working, cleaned description.
  • Changed Savage Strike to affect Savage Whirlwind instead, increasing its damage.
  • Changed Air Tremor to channel for 1s for 3 hits instead of instant cast, removed global cooldown trigger.
Warrior/Rogue
  • Changed Blood Dance to apply a DoT to enemies around your target, skill stays single target.
Warrior/Champion
  • Changed Wild Strike attack speed buff to allow you to exceed attack speed limit for its own boost.
  • Increased Unbridled Rage strength & physical damage gains to 24% from 19.6%.

Mage

Mage/Druid
  • Fixed Singularity was having wrong cast time visible in the bar.
Mage/Warlock

Note by GD: Some QoL for this class, as Soul Stepping was sometimes cancelled due to lack of focus. Also Shadow Burst will now be a channelled skill that works like Severed Consciousness from Warlock class.

  • Removed Soul Stepping global cooldown trigger.
  • Changed Shadow Burst to inflict 4500 dark + 0.5 x INT damage 4 times instead of being a cast. Changed it to provide Painful Soul stack.
  • Changed Elemental Catalysis to increase dark/light damage by 60% instead of magical damage/cast speed, also changed it to reduce focus costs by 30% and have 60s reduced cooldown.
Mage/Rogue

Note by GD: We want to change the class to control more than only two Dark Phantoms at a time, so it matches more the imagination of a necromancer / dark summoner. And this is not an aprils fool. 😉 The class may run into mana issues fast, as it will be the cost for using the dark arts too often. Probably playing this class will be pure chaos, but let’s give it a try!

  • Removed Night Refuge energy cost.
  • Changed Purgatory Darkness to spread your Venomous Kiss.
  • Increased Kiss of the Vampire dot Venomous Kiss value to 2494 from 1290, removed debuff requirement of skill.
  • Changed Distract -> Summon Shadow: Summons a phantom to fight alongside you. They will constantly deal damage to enemies for 45 seconds. Maximum you can summon is 8. Every offensive hit reduces cooldown of this skill slightly. Cooldown: 30s

Scout

Scout/Warden
  • Removed Scent of Hunt damage boost.
  • Increased Natural Care damage gain to 27% from 10.8%.
Scout/Knight
  • Increased Snipe defense ignore percentage to 70% from 50%.
  • Changed Armor-Piercing Arrow to channel to 3 hits in 1 seconds, reduced cooldown to 4s from 5, removed global cooldown trigger.
Scout/Druid
  • Reduced Snake Poison Arrow damage to 296% from 329%.
Scout/Champion
  • Changed Fatal Measures to modify Distant Friend to provide more damage up to 40%.
  • Changed Gunslinger to provide 20% gun damage & 30% area damage instead of 50% gun damage.
Scout/Warrior
  • Changed Gale to additionally increase amount of shot per Combo Shot to 5 from 3.
  • Changed Target Lock to also provide 15% attack speed, but increased movement speed reduction to 25% from 12%.

Rogue

Rogue/Druid
  • Increased Killin’ Time damage value to 420% from 240%.
Rogue/Warrior
  • Increased Poisonous Explosion damage over time value to 2354 from 2077.
Rogue/Mage
  • Changed Chaos Daggers to stack 1% as base + 50% more per stack ( i.e.: 10 stacks = 1% + 9 * 0.5% ) physical attack power per hit stacks up to 100 times with duration of 5 seconds.

Druid

Druid/Rogue

Note by GD: A deserved nerf to the class by also adding some QoL and more DoT power.

  • Increased Corrosive Poison damage over time value to 9116 from 7950.
  • Changed Necrotic Wound to consume a stack of Nature’s Power, reduced its damage to 329.7% from 376.8%
  • Changed Dark Moon to a self buff without cooldown/duration, removed all party benefits, reduced dark damage gain to 25% from 35%.

Warden

Note: Warden pets will receive an overhaul most early in October* *so changes are being held for now.

Warlock

Warlock/Knight
  • Fixed Hasty as the Night was giving base amount of cast speed instead of leveled value.
Warlock/Bard

Note by GD: We heard your voices about Ethereal Blade. We also added some DoT utility and crowd control to the class to make it more attractive to play.

  • Reduced Ethereal Blade cooldown to 1s from 2.
  • Changed Musical Prodigy to additionally increase Perception Extraction damage over time value to 4420 from 2975.
  • Increased Dark Blast cooldown to 6s from 4, instead of conditional extra damage, spreads Perception Extraction dot to targets it hits and stuns them when you are under effect of Musical Prodigy.

Champion

Champion/Warlock
  • Changed Psychic Forge to make Forge be stacked through any offensive hit instead of just white attack.
Champion/Warrior
  • Increased Determination Rune hit cooldown to 0.5s from 0.1s.
Champion/Scout
  • Changed Demoralized -> Apocalypse Drive: Inflicts 520% ranged + 520% main hand weapon DPS damage to target and increases your damage dealt by 5% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 15s Cost: 25 Rage + 15 Focus
Champion/Mage
  • Changed Elemental Rampage to increase attack speed by 15% and area damage by 30% instead.
Champion/Warden
  • Fixed Thorny Strike was tagged as area damage which was reducing its damage due to global reduction, reduced its cooldown to 1s from 8, removed global cooldown trigger, changed it to consume your mark.
  • Reduced Frantic Slash cooldown to 3s from 6.
Champion/Bard

Note by GD: The class was dealing very poor damage, even in AoE scenarios, so here comes a decent buff.

  • Increased Electrocution damage to 864% from 384%.
  • Increased Magical Form 2-H Sword magical damage gain to 162% from 141%.
  • Increased Musical Attack damage to 566% from 226%, added 2s of cooldown time.
  • Changed Magical Form to increase physical defense by an additional of 50% with Runecraft – Fortify (125%).

Development

General

  • Disabled leading 0s from numeric edit boxes.
  • Fixed UnitAttack/UnitDefense for newly created sprites.
  • Fixed using sliders inside scrollbars was causing unintended visuals once scrolling.

Reworked Frame

Currently new frame is available only after entering world. In future frame accessible in login/character selection and settings in launcher will be updated to same too.

Frame has been created with flexibility in mind, allowing quick expanding, there is also meant to be special way for easy adding addon settings that will allow addon developers provide easier control without much of work.

  • Added new frame with better UX and more accessibility.
    • Reassigned settings to own categories.
    • Added search field to find settings by name.
    • Added migration to over take old settings on first login with chat logging.
    • Redefined values of Predefined quality settings for actual performance gains.
    • Changed setting changes to apply immediately (or via enter on editboxes) with option to easily reset values of singular options.
  • Known issues (will be resolved with next client patch for users who didn’t login yet):
    • Broadcast settings were not migrated, please reapply them if you had any disabled.
    • Minimap Icon positions are reset even when Minimap Collection was disabled, please reapply changes if you had collection disabled.

Game Settings

New Settings

  • Added option to disable Game Sounds in Background when having unfocused game client.

Migration

It affects only players who didn’t login in yet with previous patch. Others must reapply settings again if they were modified before or restore UI backup in launcher from before previous patch if you prefer.

  • Fixed Broadcast disabled settings were not migrated.
  • Fixed Minimap Buttons positions were reset to area of Minimap Collection even when it was disabled.

Known Issues

  • If you have troubles with missing/buggy target frames, please remove addon directory „/Interface/AddOns/ArcadiaUtilitesLite/BasePlugins/UIChanges” until it’s updated by it’s author.
