- Reduced Elven Mystic cooldown to 60 seconds, changed magical damage stacks to 5% casting speed instead.

- Reduced Earth Core Barrier cooldown to 120 seconds.
- Fixed Static Field wasn’t inflicting extra Earth Core Barrier damage.
- Reduced Earth Groaning Wind Blade cooldown to 1 second and changed to 3 target effect.

- Changed Stars of Light to reflect damage up to 5 times with 15% damage decrement for each extra target.

- Changed Flame Follower to reduce cooldown of Fireball to 1 second.
- Increased Earth Groaning Wind Blade maximum target amount to 15, added 10% damage decrement for each extra target, increases earth portion of damage by 40%.

- Reduced Ion Storm damage by 8%.

- Changed Water Essence to increase cast speed by 12% additionally.
- Removed cooldown of Aquatic Storm and reduced delay between each cast to 0.6 seconds, added 6% damage decrement for each extra target.
