Migratory Desert Beetle

This beetle has taken quite the journey to get to the origin, perhaps it came from the Dust Devil Canyon? Or maybe an infant has been accidentally brought in via boat from Limo Desert. In any case, it is an invasive species and should be destroyed on sight. Luckily it seems to be allergic to the common Water Lily.
