This item can increase the power level of items worn in the "back" slot with a power level of at least +6 by +1. This improvement is 100% reliable up to power level +7 after which there is a chance that the upgrade process will fail, causing the power level to drop. However, the item in the "back" slot will remain at least at power level +7. The highest level which can be achieved is power level +12. Only for items worn in the "back" slot with +6 and above.
