This item can increase the power level of accessories with a power level of at least +12 by +1. This improvement is 100% reliable up to power level +13 after which there is a chance that the upgrade process will fail, causing the power level to drop. However, the accessory will remain at least at power level +13. The highest level which can be achieved is power level +20. The character level requirement of the accessory must not exceed level 80. This item has a higher success rate than a Sun Jewel - Class VI. Only for accessories with +12 and above.
