While fighting monsters and acquiring talent points, 50% of the TP you receive is stored in the amulet. When it's full, you won't be able to store any more talent points. (When the amulet is full, you can right click on it to exchange it for a talent orb. Cannot be removed once equipped, and equipping a similar item will replace it and cause it to disappear.)

This item cannot be unbound.
