Activates upon use: Expends 100 amulet durability to grant Thought Squeeze, which is increasing Magical Attack Power by 1% and mana cost by 3% for 15 seconds. Each spell cast during this time will add a stack to effect up to 10 stacks, and reset its duration time if it hasn't reached maximum stack yet. At maximum stack, duration can be reset by using amulet again.

This item cannot be unbound.
