Help Avril to go to Lake Alabaster in southern Hidden Valley to fetch cool spring water from the waterfall. I have become addicted to nutrition and healthy eating habits recently. The water in Lake Alabaster, which is to the south of the village, comes from the high mountains. It is cool and sweet. It is just great for our bodies.
