Get five Silvermane Hound Hind Leg, and then go to the southeast of Twilight Mine and find the prepared fire. There you should use the Grill to roast the meat until Crafty Bernok appears. Kill him, and then report back to Jill Norley.
(This is a group quest, good luck!)
