Throne of the Wind

Go to Wing Lake and retrieve Ailic's Community's Magical Record Crystal, also the Sand Scorpion Plains to retrieve the Floating Detection Gyroscope and the Throne of the Wind to retrieve the Element Sampling Device, then return to the Ailic's Community on the east of the Throne of the Wind and report to Gunefo Maddis. If the phase obstruction enchantments dissipate, you can ask Gunefo Maddis to cast some more.

Requirements: 46 Level.
