Obtain some Frost Energy from the Frost Energy Guardian in Ystra Labyrinth, then use it on the fire giant Thynos in the Ruins of the Ice Dwarf Kingdom to get the Fire Attack. Obtain some Flame Core from the Flame Rune Swordsman in Ystra Labyrinth then use it on the Evil Ice Spirit at the Mystic Altar to get the Evil Spirit Cry. Bring both the Fire Attack and Evil Spirit Cry to Ruby Lagoda.

Requirements: 50 Level, Fearlessness of the Arkana.
