Get a Cactus Needle from Giant Needle Cactus, Giant Flower Cactus, Giant Fruit Cactus, Fruit Cactus, Flower Cactus or Needle Cactus in Dust Devil Canyon. Bring these back to Ruby Lagoda.

Requirements: 50 Level, Wisdom of the Arkana.
