Follow Serre Majik's instructions and go to the road between Silverspring and Ravenfell. Follow the riverbank grass to the north, find Charly Morph, and ask him for information about the strange animal. Take care of it yourself, and then report back to Serre Majik.

Requirements: 50 Level, Soul of the Arkana: Scout.
