Go to any bar in Dalanis and ask them if they can sell you a Living Rat and a Jar of Oil. After you get those, immerse the rat in the oil and bring the Oil-Drowned Rat to Morrok Wallinder. Morrok Wallinder said he wouldn't like to see John Hoffman. If you cannot see Morrok Wallinder watch out for John Hoffman. Maybe he is nearby.
