Eliba Hill casts a spell on you. While this buff is in effect, you can see magical inscriptions in the Ruins of Bymorsh. Collect rubbings of all the inscriptions, then return to the Ruin Researchers' Camp and give them to Eliba Hill. If the buff wears off, return to Eliba Hill at the Ruin Researchers' Camp. He will recast the spell on you.

Requirements: 56 Level, A Brief Respite.
