Use the Hand-Drawn Map to get to the buried cache in Engwor and find the Small Locked Wooden Box. Go to the mountain slope to the southeast of Sternhorn and find a Blue Rose Bush in Full Bloom. Pick Glowing Blue Rose and present these items to Hertha.
