Points to progress in a regional event. Regional events are different for each region in various zones and could provide different rewards. When an event ends, you receive amount of reward depending on amount of points you gathered and your points will be reset to zero. Your points will be reset also if you leave region of the event.
Points are only given when quest is accepted and finishing within the event timer.
