📋 Skill Window Overview
You can manage your pet's skills through the second tab in the pet interface. The window includes:
- Top right corner: Sort the skill list.
- Left section: Passive skills.
- Right section: Active skills.
- Bottom right: Current Talent Points (TP).
🟢 Passive Skills
Passive skills are buffs that enhance the master invisibly while the pet is summoned.
🔍 How to View & Learn:
- Green: Skills already learned.
- Yellow: Skills available to learn.
- Grey: Skills not yet available.
- Hover for tooltips that explain each skill’s function.
- Most pets can learn four passive skills initially.
- Skills begin at +1 and can be leveled with TP.
💡 Focus on the most important passive skills first. There may be an unknown skill limit.
🔴 Active Skills
Active skills are triggered automatically in combat.
⚙️ Key Notes:
- Most pets have 2–3 active skills (some 4).
- Each skill’s effect is shown in its tooltip.
- Skill level is random based on the egg and currently cannot be upgraded.
- Choosing the right pet type determines which active skills it comes with.
🧬 Pet Type & Appearance
Your pet's type affects its appearance and active skills. Types range from common creatures like wolves or rabbits to legendary beasts like kobolds or Kipos.
- Breed = Active Skills
- Pick pets based on skill synergy for your class/playstyle.
🎨 Change Appearance
- Metamorphosis Elixir: Changes look, keeps skills.
- Cleanser: Reverts changes or allows use of a Transformation Potion (which changes skills).
🚫 Using a Metamorphosis Elixir after a Transformation Potion will keep the appearance from the elixir, not the potion.
