I accidentally deleted an item, what now?
If you have recently accidentally deleted, sold, or destroyed an item, we may be able to help you recover it.
Due to a high volume of restoration requests, we have established specific Restoration Terms to ensure a fair and efficient process for all users.
Restoration Cards
- Each .PlayerNet user receives 3 Free Restoration Cards.
- You must use a Restoration Card to request item recovery through Support.
- During the restoration process, the required number of Restoration Cards will be deducted.
- You will be informed about the restoration details directly in your support ticket.
Important: After reviewing your request, our Support team may deny the restoration if it does not meet our verification requirements.
You can view your Restoration Cards within your support account or on the purchase page.
No Restoration Cards Left?
If you need to restore additional items, you can purchase Restoration Cards with PNC.
