Lost a Required Quest Item?
If you’ve lost a quest item that is required to continue your quest, follow the steps below:
Option 1: Abandon and Retake the Quest
- Abandon the quest in your quest log.
- Return to the original starting NPC.
- Retake the quest - the required quest item should be provided again.
🛠️ Option 2: Contact Support for Item Recovery
If you do not receive the required item after retaking the quest, and you are certain that you previously had the item but accidentally deleted, destroyed, or lost it, you may contact our support team for assistance.
Please Note: Recovering the item may require the use of your available recovery card.
