A player is bothering me, what can I do ?
If another player is bothering you while you're trying to enjoy the game, there are a couple of steps you can take to resolve the issue.
Option 1: Blacklist the Player
The first and most effective step is to blacklist the player.
- By default, you can open your in-game Blacklist by pressing "N".
- If a player is saying things you do not wish to see - whether in general chat or directed at you - you can add them to your blacklist.
Once added:
- Their messages will no longer appear in your chat.
- It will be as if they are invisible to you.
- You will no longer see anything they write.
In most cases, this resolves the issue quickly and effectively.
🚨 Option 2: Contact Support
This option should only be considered after following Option 1.
If blacklisting does not resolve the issue - for example, if the player:
- Creates another character to continue bothering you, or
- Uses alternate characters to bypass your blacklist
Then you should contact Support. A support member will review the situation and take appropriate action to address the behavior.
Important Note
We do not inform players of any actions taken against others.
If a player continues to bother you after you have both blacklisted them and contacted Support, please let us know so we can further investigate.
