Character Stuck or Bugged? Here’s What to Do
If your character is stuck or experiencing a bug in the game, it can be frustrating and disrupt your gameplay. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Try to Resolve the Issue
- Attempt to move your character in different directions.
- Try jumping to see if this frees your character.
- Log out of the game and log back in.
If the issue continues after trying these steps, proceed to the next option.
Contact a Game Master (GM)
Look for an available Game Master (GM) who may be able to assist you immediately.
- Write in the world chat (for example: “GM online?”).
If no GM is available or the issue remains unresolved, continue to the next step.
Report the Issue to the Support Team
If the problem persists, please submit a report to the game team:
- Provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Fill out all required information.
- Attach any relevant files or screenshots.
Be Patient
Resolving character issues may take some time. Please allow the game team adequate time to investigate and fix the problem.
Follow Up if Needed
If you haven’t received a response after a few days:
- Confirm that your support ticket was successfully created.
- If necessary, submit a new ticket or reply to your existing one.
