- Playernet Account (used for account management)
- Game Account (used to access the game)
Each account has its own username and password. Double-check that you're entering the correct credentials for the account you're trying to access.
Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it:
- Forgot your Playernet password?
Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen and follow the instructions. - Forgot your game account password?
You can update it inside your Playernet Account.
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure that your internet connection is stable and reliable. A weak or unstable connection may prevent you from logging in successfully.
Look for Server Issues
There may be temporary server issues or scheduled maintenance affecting access. Check for any announcements regarding server status.
