Changing your password
If you're experiencing issues logging in to the game, there may be several possible reasons. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Verify Your Login Credentials
Make sure you're using the correct login credentials for your account.
- You have two separate accounts:
- Playernet Account
- Game Account
- Each account has different usernames and passwords.
Double-check that you're entering the correct username and password for the account you're trying to access.
Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it:
- Forgot your Playernet password?
Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen and follow the instructions.
- Forgot your game account password?
You can change it directly from inside your PlayerNet Account.
