Max Allowed Device Limit Reached
"Max allowed device amount has reached for this account. Avoid sharing your login or using others' accounts."
If you see this message, it means your account has reached the maximum number of allowed MAC addresses (devices).
This issue usually occurs for one of the following reasons:
MAC Address Randomization Is Enabled
Your system or VPN may have MAC Randomization enabled by default. This feature changes your device’s MAC address automatically, which can quickly exceed the allowed limit.
Solution: Disable MAC Randomization
- Open PC Settings
- Go to Network & Internet
- Select Wi‑Fi Settings
- Find "Random hardware addresses" and turn it Off
Using Mobile Internet via USB Cable
If you are sharing internet from your mobile phone using a USB cable, this may trigger the issue due to how cable sharing works.
Solution: Avoid USB tethering and use Wi‑Fi whenever possible.
More Than Three Devices Used
You have logged into the game using more than the maximum allowed three devices.
