articleGeneral

  • Integrated Discord rich presence feature to game.
  • Fixed ammunition was having lower stats than intended.
  • Fixed some zones were sometimes teleporting to unintended locations on reviving / special cases.
  • Improved pathing behaviour of NPCs that would sometimes cause them to move into objects above or below them.
  • Fixed on-login scripts were executed on each zone change, causing lowered performance on crowded areas (like world bosses).
  • Disabled QuestHelper addon until it's fixed, since it was causing sometimes issues with NPCs with completed quests to not appear on world map.

Millim lore: After the fall of Darkness, Sinbi remains far from healed. In Zando, a path opens to Millim — a fractured reality where nothing is certain. Here you must earn trust and uncover hidden truths, before the world is consumed once again.

Design

  • Added new login scene.
  • Added first part of new Millim zone.
    • Millim will receive multiple instances and further zone expansions.
    • Players must gather forces together to complete public event in order to access most of zone.
    • Millim will be starting place with further expansions for flying mounts system and new building systems.
    • Millim zone is first zone as part of open world Sinbi continent (Talaghan is standalone zone of continent).
  • Added 18 new custom music pieces.
  • Increased maximum character level to 106.
    • We decided to cap all class skills at 105 currently to prevent further overpowering classes that cause issues with duration of new content and balancing.
    • Sinbi continent is expected to increase level from now on by 1-2 levels per open world zone, making it easier to adjust level of monsters, gear and making it easier to understand suggested level for zones and instances.
  • Added small-talk voices to some NPCs in Millim.
    • System is designed in mind with option to be provided in more languages than English in future.
    • It is also expected to be present in future quests from main line along with more cinematic experience.

  • Added 14 new daily quests.
  • Added 3 new side questlines.
  • Added 154 new regular quests.
  • Added new public event - Bridging Hope.
  • Added 2 new special quests - Jumping Puzzles.
  • Added continuation of the main storyline from Talaghan.

Rewards

  • Added 16 new titles.
  • Added 105 new cards.
  • Added 18 new rankings.

  • Added new resource Coal to Talaghan & Millim.
  • Increased maximum craft level for gathering skills to 102.
  • Added new tier of crafting - Grandmaster. This tier will be expanded with more skills and higher levels in future content.

  • Added Millim to collectibles system.
    • Rewards for this content will be delayed until full zone is complete in future updates.

General

  • Fixed Prestige Benefits window now displays correct reward information.
  • Fixed comparison block for "Achievement Rewards" in Prestige Benefits window.
  • Fixed empty tooltip when hovering over "Related Achievement Progress" chat messages.
  • Fixed green lightning icon was overlapping countdown timer text in Prestige Battle Pass in some languages.

Achievements

  • Changed Devil Beast Search achievement requirements.
  • Fixed group mob farming was causing performance drops due to unoptimized kill event processing.
  • Fixed orange card achievement in Dust Devil Canyon was not correctly displaying "collect" instead of "disenchant" and triggering duplicate progress.
  • Fixed achievement requirements in Yrvandis Hollows - changed from "Kill Bosses" to "Kill Different Monster Types" due to absence of bosses in this zone.

Benefits

  • Fixed Items for Quests benefit not applying to some quests.
  • Fixed Love Bridge benefit to work correctly with all marriage types.
  • Fixed Magic Perfume: Universal buff timer to display properly when using Loot Collector benefit.
  • Fixed World Bosses (Zanka, Spider Priestess Mandara, Targonharl, Lagusen) to display correctly as alive on the map when spawned.

Frames

  • Game Settings: Fixed not closing with Esc key.
  • Chat: Changed currency hyperlinks to use money color.
  • World Map: Added option to copy NPC IDs via middle mouse button.
  • Blood Bars: Fixed team members wouldn't appear in PlayerNet guild.
  • Rankings: Fixed "Hide your character on rankings" checkbox was not visible.
  • Combat Log: Fixed some skills in combat would appear with Sysnames as caster.
  • General: Improved UI performance by skipping parts of the interface that are off-screen
  • General: Improved performance of setting size resulting in less GPU memory usage and smoother UI.

Zones
  • Added Sinbi continent.
  • Reorganized order of continents in filter dropdown.
  • Added Origin (Awakened), [Millim and Fireboot Underground Fortress to list.
  • Fixed clicking The Shattered Grove was causing client crash and zone was missing from filter dropdown.

Shadows

  • Added shadows support to house furnitures.
  • Added shadows for some of newer objects and NPCs.
Future plans
  • Enabling shadows for certain objects & NPCs.
  • Adding shadows for non-interactable visual objects.
Known issues
  • Shadows of some animated objects can sometimes behave unexpectly based on camera angle.
  • Shadows of objects & NPCs can sometimes be displayed incorrectly inside internal objects (buildings).
  • Shadows of larger house furnitures can sometimes overlap with ground of external styles based on camera angle.

  • Optimised some class AoE skills to cause less heavy process in server for better performance.
  • Disabled requirement of having completed Zhargos' Motives prequest in order to enter Entity Chamber.

Some changes were applied on live already before maintenance.

  • Ashroot Bloom: Placed a missing object on the map for the mission.
  • Cracks in the Stone: Changed the mission objects’ model to a more visible one.
  • Trail of the Lost Walls: Fixed German localization was missing quest description.
  • The Chamber That Listens: Added an option to change decision for missing title.
  • Cracks in the Stone: Removed a duplicate mission object that was causing confusion.

  • Improved some quests to be usable by Prestige cast bar benefit.
  • Fixed killing monsters were causing ping issues due Achievements.
  • Fixed Achievement completion notifications were not properly displayed in chat.

Frames

  • Craft: Fixed reset of category expansion when adding a favorite.
  • Card Book: Fixed crash when hovering some cards in Chinese localization.

Character Frame

  • Character Frame: Improved robot anchors tooltip.
  • Adjusted some character frame tooltips to be easier to see.

Rankings

  • Disabled empty pages.
  • Hidden empty ranking rows.
  • Changed position number for players without ranking from "0" to "Unranked".
  • Added text label to category window for rankings that still have no players listed.

  • Improved CanAutoDeleteCursorBagItem to return false during loading screen.
