Heart of the Ocean

  • Changed Jiasha to no longer become invulnerable during her event, instead granted her Jiasha's Wave Armor, reducing her damage taken by 80% and periodically explodes, dealing damage to the party.

Necropolis of Mirrors

  • Changed Wanderlust to be based around the enemies HP.

Origin

  • Changed Razor Lurkers transformation skills to deal % based damage instead, except for Elemental Spirit - Earth.

  • Changed the damage gain from Shot to affect raid members instead of party members, reduced it's effect to 10% from 20%.
Scout / Rogue
  • Changed Master Reflected Shot to now only provide no-damage-loss for Reflected Shot, removed extra reflection & cooldown reduction.
  • Changed Meridian Attack -> Sinister Ranger: Reduces damage gain of Arrow of Essence to 15% from 40%, but changes its cooldown and duration to 90/30 seconds from 180/15. Also increases Reflected Shot reflection count by 2.
Scout / Mage

Note by GD: The magical side of the class was slightly overperforming, so here comes a nerf, while slightly buffing the physical one.

  • Reduced Incineration magical damage portion to 250% from 295%.
  • Increased The Inferno cooldown to 12s from 8, increased physical damage portion to 840% from 400%.
  • Changed Incineration to additionally provide physical damage equal to 20% of base magical damage of your equipped Staff.
Scout / Champion
  • Reduced Gunslinger cooldown to 120s from 180.

Rogue

General

Note by GD: Many of you have been asking to remove the fear from the ISS, instead we chose to slow enemies down to make them spread less. This is a buff.

  • Changed Soul Storm to also slow your enemies during the effect.
  • Changed Assassin's Rage to provide Grandmaster for 15 seconds while wielding a Katana.
Rogue / Knight
  • Changed Disarmament cooldown to 1 second from 2.
  • Reduced Lion's Protection cooldown to 10 seconds from 60, reduced it's duration to 15 seconds from 30.
Rogue / Bard
  • Changed Thunderous Rage to exceed attack speed limit only for daggers, increased cooldown to 90s from 60.

Mage

Note by GD: We haven't forgotten other mages, such as Mage/Bard or Mage/Warden, don't worry. But since we have planned even more complex changes on them already, they had to be delayed for now, but will probably be released within the next major magical balance patch.

Mage / Warrior

Note by GD: Some fine tuning for the class, as it seemed to overperform after the recent CPS changes. At the same time we want to push the soft-cap a little, in order to balance the class more into a sustain damage direction in return.

  • Reduced Raging Flame CPS damage to 145% from 170%.
  • Increased Wisdom and Bravery soft cap to 85k magical damage from 80k.
  • Reduced Raging Field CPS damage to 350% from 500%, increased damage over time value to 2487 from 1990.
Mage / Priest

Note by GD: The class was performing pretty well already, but the Discharge proc was dealing too little damage. Due to the Soaking Wet debuff being consumed now, there is more possibility for a proper skill rotation. We will observe the class further and adjust it if still necessary.

  • Increased Outburst Discharge damage to 450% from 300%.
  • Changed Outburst Discharge to consume Soaking Wet debuff.
Mage / Champion

Note by GD: Since rolls on weapons have changed since Orkham, here comes a small fix for this class, as it wasn't looking too bad already.

  • Increased Hammer of the Thunder weapon magical damage gain to 135% from 120%.
  • Increased Lightning Shield 2-H Hammer damage reduction to 75% from 60%, HP to 25% from 15%.
Mage / Rogue
  • Changed pets to do not cast spell if there is an obstacle between player and target.

Priest

Note by GD: Priest/Scout and Priest/Mage were heavily overperforming, Warlock and Champion Subclasses were not present at all. We want to create more equal opportunities by equalizing the amount of support granted and shifting damage back and forth.

General
  • Reduced Wisdom to magic attack ratio to 1.7 from 1.8.
  • Reduced Elemental Repercussions sound effect volume greatly.
Priest / Champion
  • Changed Chain of Light range to 120 from 80.
  • Decreased Healing Diamond Light mana drain to 2% from 4%.
  • Changed Light Connection to 975% CPS from 775 flat damage.
  • Increased Activated Light from Diamond Light Activation magic damage gain to 35% from 15%.
Priest / Scout

Note by GD: The class was overperforming on both magic damage dealers and hybrid healers, so here comes a reasonable nerf.

  • Increased the cooldown of Absolute Zero to 120 from 60 seconds.
  • Reduced One with the Waters Water damage gain to 15% from 25%, removed the healing on hit.
Priest / Mage
  • Reduced Element Defense from Group Heal Damage Reduction per stack to 2% from 3%.
Priest / Warlock
  • Increased Spirit Embodiment Magic Damage and Wisdom gain to 30% from 12.5%
  • Reduced Prayer Trial from Prayer of Tribulation stack size to 4, changed attributes given to 4% defense from 2%, added 1% All Attributes to the buff

Knight

Note by GD: Knights were underperforming, but we're conservative with the buffs in lieu of changes that come in the near-ish future.

General
  • Changed Arching Chop to also interrupt enemies, reduced it's cooldown to 12 seconds from 20.
Knight / Scout
  • Increased Heavenly Arrows damage to 416% +0.3 Stamina Light Ranged Damage from just 250% ranged DPS, increased it's aggro rate to x5 from x2.5.
Knight / Warden
  • Reduced Holy Strength cooldown to 60 seconds from 120.
  • Changed Frantic Smash to have a 1.3 Strength Ratio from 0.3.
  • Changed Two-Hand Weapon Mastery to also allow you to wield two handed axes.
  • Increased Holy Power Explosion Strength gain to 50% from 30.03% and removed it's effect time.
  • Changed Whirlwind Strike to have a x0.6 Strength ratio from x0.15, reduced it's aggro multiplier to x4 from x10.
  • Reduced Oak Walker's Blessing to 60 seconds cooldown from 90, removed the increased damage taken portion of the skill.
  • Increased Critical Matters Physical Critical Effectiveness to 2980 from 1490, increased it's Critical Bonus to 18.8% from 11,5%.
Knight / Warlock
  • Increased Master of Darkness and Light Light, Dark and Phys Damage to 30% from 24%
  • Reduced Weakening Weave Curse cooldown to 2 seconds from 3, changed Psychic Sweep to reduce light and darkness resistance by 4%.
Knight / Warrior
  • Fixed a bug where Punishment still had a GCD trigger.

Warden

Warden / Druid

Note by GD: Another buff to the pet side, as it wasn’t as good as intended.

  • Increased Sepal Stab damage to 2206 from 1765.
Warden / Warlock
  • Removed Shadow Chop damage loss for each extra target, increased damage to 462 from 411.
Warden / Scout
  • Increased Sacrifice of the Pirate damage gain to 50% from 30%, increased damage reduction for pet to 30% from 18%.

Druid

Note by GD: Druid-Hybrids weren't really all that up to speed. We're nerfing some priests, buffing some druids - in the future, we're going to look into the power of the level 104 ISS and potentially reduce it's use to make room for more active gameplay power.

  • Increased Vitalization Duration to 18 seconds from 12.
  • Reduced Wisdom magic to attack ratio to 1.7 from 1.8.
  • Changed Sandstorm to deal 6080 earth damage from 3623,4.

  • Increased Dark Moon dark damage, magical attack and accuracy gains to 20/20/10% from 15/15/5%.
Druid / Mage
  • Changed Earth Arrow to deal 243% + 0.8 Wisdom CPS Fire and Earth damage from 2004,6 flat +0.5.
Druid / Warrior
  • Changed Unrestrained Rage to increase physical damage by 25% from 15%, decreased rage cost increase to 10% from 30%.
Druid / Bard
  • Changed Hospitality of the Swamps to also provide up to 15% Wisdom.
  • Changed Growing Ferns to deal damage based on Wisdom from Intelligence.

Warlock

General

Note by GD: We decided to buff all warlocks at once. Hopefully the subclasses will perform better in the current meta then. More detailled changes for some classes are planned for next balance iteration already. Stay tuned!
