In Chronicles of Arcadia exist a “Dual Class System”. This means that you can choose next to your main class another class, the secondary class. The second class is free to choose and is only limited to the chosen Race.
Unlocking Your Secondary Class
Once you reach level 10 with your main class, you will be able to choose a new additional class. You can pick your secondary class at the following locations:
- Humans/Elves in Varanas Class Hall
- Dwarves in Morfantas
How a Secondary Class Works
After choosing a secondary class, it expands your character's overall capabilities, attributes, and battle tactics:
- Primary vs. Secondary Skills: You have full access to all skills (both Class-Specific and General) from your primary class. From your secondary class, you can only use its General Skills alongside its passive bonuses and stat boosts.
- Elite Skills: Starting at level 15/15, every specific dual-class combination unlocks unique Elite Skills every 5 levels (15, 20, 25, 30, etc.). These skills are exclusive to your exact pair (e.g., Warrior/Rogue has completely different elite skills than Warrior/Mage) and significantly transform your combat style. Class Management & Expansion
You can switch your active class combination at any House Maid in major cities or by using a Home-sweet-home rune.
When both of your primary classes reach level 20, you will get a quest from Johnny Dutin in Varanas - Eye of Wisdom. After completing it, you can accept a third class. By buying Class Maximum Expansion Tickets for Diamonds, you will be able to have more than 3 classes.
