Pet Eggs

Pets in Chronicles of Arcadia are born from special eggs that determine their growth potential, elemental focus, and attribute priorities. Understanding the different egg types and elements is key to choosing the right companion for your playstyle.

Pet Egg Categories

There are two main types of pet eggs:

Type	Description
Elemental Eggs	Focus on specific elements (e.g. Fire, Earth), with distinct attribute scaling
Rune Eggs	Balanced support across all attributes - more flexible, less specialized

Each egg comes in different colors (or rarities), which determine the growth rate of its attributes.

Elemental Pet Egg Qualities

These eggs support three specific attributes (based on their element) and vary in growth rate depending on quality.

🎯 The higher the egg quality, the better the pet's stat growth potential.

Rune Pet Eggs

Rune Eggs are general-purpose companions, offering equal stat support across all attributes. While they don’t specialize, they’re useful for beginners or as fusion materials.

🧪 Rune eggs are also used in fusion to enhance other pets.

Aurora Pet (Starter Option)

Available in the Item Shop under Pet Eggs > Others, the Aurora Pet Egg is a convenient starting option. Two versions exist:

Magical Cavy & Golden Cavy

Pet eggs are usually obtained by capturing Magical Cavies, which can drop rare eggs upon capture. There are two primary types:

Magical Cavy
	Commonly found in the world Can drop all egg types, including rare ones Drop chance for Magical/Holy Eggs is very low
Golden Magical Cavy
	Rare spawn with a special name/title Higher chance to drop Magical or Holy Pet Eggs Visually similar to standard Cavy - look carefully!

Pet Elements & Attribute Focus

Each Elemental Pet Egg has a predefined attribute priority, making it more suited for certain classes. Here's the breakdown:
