Elite Skills - New System

In [ペリコ海岸] and [サベイラ], you will find quests with [ボロボロな袋] as a reward. You can repeat these quests as often as you want. If both of your classes are eligible to learn a new elite skill, you will receive an Elite Skill Certificate for your next Elite Skill Level. If you have an incompatible class or have already acquired all Elite Skills, you will receive an error message. You can also purchase [ボロボロな袋] in the Item Shop.

Turn in the certificates to [ローウェン・プストン] at Heffner Camp to learn a new Elite Skill. Before you can acquire the level 50 Elite Skill, you must have all the Elite Skills from levels 15-45 for both your primary and secondary classes. For the level 50 skill, only one [レベル50スキル取得証明書] is required. It applies to both of your classes.

Dwarves also need Skill Training Certificates. However, they must speak with [プリン・スティールハンマー] in Morfantas City or [セイン・グリン] in Heffner Camp. Dwarves can only use the New Method to acquire Elite Skills.
