Speak to the Elite Skill Masters to get the Skill Training Certificates. They will request you to bring some specific materials to trade. A listing with quests and materials needed, you can see below.

[阿尔克纳之无畏] - D’monk Jarfur ([凡瑞娜丝城] Central Plaza, near Auction house)
- Bring [深渊黑角] ×3 from [柏斯佩斯] and [灵魂之殇] ×2 from [镜之墓城] to D’monk Jarfur.
[阿尔克纳之追寻] – D’monk Jarfur
- Bring [冰霜能源] (Frost Energy Guardian) and [烈焰核心] (Flame Rune Swordsman) from Ystra Labyrinth. Use [冰霜能源] on Thynos in [冰雪矮人王国遗迹] to get [火之冲击] and use [烈焰核心] on the Evil Ice Spirit in [密法祭坛] to get [妖灵悲鸣]. Go back to D’monk Jarfur.
[阿尔克纳之回忆] – Ruby Lagoda ([凡瑞娜丝城] Central Plaza, near Auction house)
- Bring [塔伦墨的「回忆」] from Loyal Talomo in [藏宝密窟], [黑角．亚菲斯的「回忆」] from Blackhorn Hafiz at [柏斯佩斯] and [恩丝雅的「回忆」] from Ensia in [喀里恩神殿] to Ruby Lagoda.
[阿尔克纳之智慧] - D’monk Jarfur
- Listen to D’monk Jarfur, obtain [冰之碎片] from Aisha or the Winternight Ice Witches in Winternight Valley, and then obtain 10 [符文之滴] from Iron Rune Warriors in [喀里恩神殿].
[阿尔克纳之坚韧] - Ruby Lagoda
- Bring back a [破坏者瑞德屈肯的毛] from Ystra Labyrinth (Royals’ Refuge) and get a [仙人掌硬刺] from a cactus in [尘荒峡谷].
[最重要的部位] - Ruby Lagoda
- Talk to Serre Majik of the Eye of Wisdom, to get a Soul of the Arkana.
