In Chronicles of Arcadia exist 12 different Festivals. Each of them will take place at a different time of the year. Also each festival give different elemental Zodiacs and Draconaris.
Additionally, you can exchange Draco Materials at the NPC [Arthomon] in [Varanas] for different ones once a day.
